The Forney F-8021 In-Situ Zirconia Oxygen Analyzer has been designed to measure excess oxygen in a wide variety of combustion processes. It is an outstanding unit for monitoring oxygen concentrations in combustion gas of large or small boilers, industrial furnaces and combustion processes or for the control of low percent oxygen combustion.

The Forney F-8021 converter utilizes a high performance microprocessorbased electronics unit incorporating the latest technology. When combined with the proven, reliable output of the F-8021 zirconia oxide detector, the user receives an accurate, dependable oxygen concentration measurement needed for control and monitoring capabilities.

Featuring a single chip microprocessor, the Forney F-8021 incorporates the industry's latest technological advances. Reliable and simple one-chip operating is achieved through interactive operation with the microcomputer. A backlit, 40- dot matrix, liquid crystal display provides excellent readability of data while reduced components create an easy to handle, lightweight design.

  • Long Life Span - Superior design of the components including the cell, heater and thermocouple is the key to the detector's long life
  • Cell's Platinum is molecularly bonded to the zirconium oxide body. This eliminates the possibility for failure due to separation.
  • Same Thermal Expansion Rates for the metal flange and the zirconium oxide cell body. Thermal shock cannot separate cell from flange at the cell junction.
  • All Cells Are Chemically Treated to withstand up to 12% sulfur in the fuel source before adversely affecting cell life.
  • J-Tube Design eliminates the need for a defuser to trap calibration gas within the O2 cell. No part to replace.
  • Lower Gas Consumption during each calibration.
